Background
BPM Ltd is a project management company in New Zealand, with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Motueka, Christchurch and Queenstown.
Operationally, BPM needed an easy-to-use Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform that was customised to help the team plan, execute, and track projects more efficiently.
They wanted to save time on double-handling admin and get meaningful data at a glance. Team members and project managers are often on site or on the move, so remote access was a must.

Implementing Projectworks has helped BPM maintain full oversight of progress, enabling better decision-making and ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget.
The project dashboard has been customised to allow for full transparency across projects and key metrics. Timesheets and expenses can be logged by all BPM staff from anywhere.
